RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy
At Bones Clubhouse, we offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery. Store credit is issued as a digital gift card with no expiry date.
Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or change of preference.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds. Depending on availability, sale items may be eligible for exchange or store credit at our discretion.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Due to the fast processing of orders, Bones Clubhouse does not offer order cancellations, modifications, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Please ensure all order details, including products, sizes, shipping address, and contact information, are correct before completing your purchase.
If you have made an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, we will do our best to assist where possible.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be:
• Returned within 14 days of delivery
• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Free from marks, stains, odours, pet hair, or damage
Bones Clubhouse reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless an item is confirmed to be faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us at hello@bonesclubhouse.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the fault.
Once assessed, we will provide a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund where required in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If an item is confirmed to be faulty, reasonable return postage costs will also be reimbursed.
Please note that general wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, or incorrect sizing are not considered faults.
PROCESSING TIMES
Please allow 3–5 business days for returns to be processed once received.
